At Benefits & Care, our mission is simple: to set you up for success from day one. We understand that the contracting process can seem overwhelming, whether you’re new to the industry or looking to update your credentials. That's why we’ve designed a streamlined, efficient system that guides you through each step, ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience.

We believe that every agency has a good contracting department, but we’re proud to say that ours makes a real difference. Here’s how we’re committed to supporting you—and why you’ll want to join our team.

Review & Validation—Laying a Strong Foundation

Once you submit your initial forms, our Contracting Department goes to work. We carefully review every detail to ensure your information is accurate, complete, and ready for the next stage. This validation process may take up to 48 hours, but rest assured that it’s an essential step in setting you up for success avoiding any delays. Once validated, we’ll send your contracts—fully prepared and ready for you to take the next steps with confidence.

Receiving Your Contracts—Guided for Success

When your contracts are ready, you’ll receive a personalized email with all the necessary documents and a step-by-step guide tailored to your specific needs. By following these instructions closely, you’ll be able to complete your contracts quickly and accurately. Our goal is to keep things simple and stress-free, so you can focus on what matters most—growing your business and serving your clients.

Organizing Your Contracting Process—Staying on Track

This recommendation is based on our experience and has proven to be an efficient approach for achieving a smooth contracting process.

If you’re applying for both Medicare and ACA (Affordable Care Act) contracts, we suggest starting with Medicare contracts. Why? From our experience, completing Medicare first helps establish a solid foundation before moving on to ACA. It’s not about prioritizing one over the other—it’s about staying organized and ensuring a streamlined process.

Begin by completing all your Medicare certifications, then transition to your ACA contracts with a clear and focused approach. Managing both simultaneously can sometimes lead to confusion or issues with expired links. Starting with Medicare ensures you’re fully prepared to tackle ACA contracting without unnecessary distractions.

ACA Certification—Setting You Up for Success

If you’re pursuing ACA contracts, completing your Medicare process first can significantly speed up your ACA certification. By following this order, you’ll be better prepared and experience a more seamless setup. This approach allows you to hit the ground running and begin your ACA work with a solid foundation in place.

That said, your priorities matter. If ACA is your immediate focus, you can begin with ACA and transition to Medicare afterward. Choose the approach that best aligns with your goals and timelines, but it is recommended you start with one.

Powerful Onboarding Tools—Your Essential Resources

As part of your onboarding, you’ll gain access to tools that will help you stay organized and manage your contracting process efficiently. These resources are designed to keep everything in one place, ensuring you never miss a step. If you need help navigating these tools or if you’re unsure about where to start, our team is always here to assist.
